The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies, irrespective of whether school-leavers are part of the official Schoolies Program. All bookings are subject to approval, pending Guest verification process. Local council restrictions are in place for this property, and compliance is mandatory.

About The Location

All three homes sit in Cowes, the Island’s main town. The beach, the supermarket, and the strip of cafés and restaurants are a comfortable walk or a short drive from every front door — which means one car can go exploring while everyone else stays put.

From here: the Penguin Parade, the Nobbies, Churchill Island, the Grand Prix Circuit and the surf beaches are all a short drive away. Melbourne is about ninety minutes.
