Getting everyone in the same place at the same time is the hard part. Finding somewhere to put them shouldn’t be. Each of these homes is set up for a gathering, five to seven bedrooms apiece, or, at our Hot Springs Retreat, four separate properties on one corner block sharing a huge swim-spa and a communal BBQ table that seats twenty.
Beyond the bedrooms: pools and heated spas available at every home, multiple living areas so the kids and the adults can spread out, covered decks and BBQ areas, all within easy reach of the beach, the shops and everything the Island does best. Ninety minutes from Melbourne, and a world away from the hustle and bustle.

Hot Springs Retreat
Four tastefully renovated properties sitting metres apart on a huge corner block just 280m from Surf Beach and 900m from the new Phillip Island Hot Springs. The supermarkets, restaurants and cafés of Cowes are a short drive away. Close to everything, with room for everyone.
The centrepiece is a 6-metre swim-spa, along with two more spas, and a communal BBQ area with tables seating twenty.
Each property has its own kitchen, bathroom and private access. Everyone gets their own space at night, and spaces to enjoy a meal or just hang out together.

The Islander
The jewel of the Retreat Collection, “The Islander” in Ventnor, is a stunning double-storey family & pet friendly home near Berry’s Beach, just a comfortable walk from the beach and a short drive to the supermarkets, restaurants & cafés of Cowes. With stunning rural and water views, the property features a lagoon style solar heated swimming pool, 8-seater electric heated spa, table tennis table, pool table and free WiFi.

Cowes Sunset Retreat
“Cowes Sunset Retreat” is a delightful double-storey, pet friendly, family home in central Cowes, just a short walk from the beach and supermarkets, restaurants & cafés of Cowes. Just 200m from the beach & boat ramp, the home features a 10-seater electric-heated swim spa and outdoor shower, huge covered rear Alfresco (with gas BBQ & seating for 6 people), rumpus and retreat spaces, and free Wi-Fi.

View to the Green
“View to the Green” is a recently renovated double-storey, pet friendly home in Cowes with an incredible gas-heated 10-seater spa. Boasting dual living areas, enormous covered deck with gas BBQ, lounge suite, 8-seater table and additional bench seats with lovely water views. There is a hot/cold water shower in a separate room off the spa and space for 5-6 cars to park on the premises between the driveway & the front of the home.

About Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies
Please note that these homes are not suitable for celebrations, parties, or large events. The homes do not take bookings over Schoolies, irrespective of whether school-leavers are part of the official Schoolies Program. All bookings are subject to approval, pending Guest verification process. Local council restrictions are in place for this property, and compliance is mandatory.
