Bedroom 4 (downstairs): One Single bed (plus one set of single bunks suitable for small children only)

A standard booking comes with doonas with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bath mats. Guests can bring their own sheets (flat and fitted), pillow cases and towels or opt to pay extra for this ‘optional linen’. “Kahakai” is a lovely 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home, with 2 living areas, a games room set up in the garage and stunning views over Sunderland Bay.Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:

Upstairs, the open plan living / dining and kitchen area has wall-mounted reverse cycle air-conditioning and TV with DVD player and foxtel. This leads on to the 1st floor deck with stunning water views.There are 3 bedrooms on this level and the main bathroom.

Downstairs is the master bedroom plus another bathroom and a second living room with TV and DVD player and a small kitchenette with microwave, sink and fridge.

** Outdoor Areas **

The upstairs rear deck provides a lovely sheltered place for outdoor meals with a great view. The games room (converted garage) contains a fold up table tennis table and dart board.

“Beachfront Penthouse” is situated directly opposite the beach and just 100 metres from historic Cowes Jetty and the main street of Cowes. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:

The vast open plan kitchen/dining/living area (with a giant flat-screen TV and DVD player) leads to the spacious Master bedroom (with its own large, flat-screen TV & DVD player), plus a huge en-suite bathroom with a corner spa bath. The enormous balcony along the entire front of the Penthouse has a great outdoor setting and BBQ, and provides uninterrupted 180 degree views of Cowes beach. The home has a single car garage with internal access (via stairs) and with space to park an additional car in front of the garage door.

“Bayside Views” is situated directly behind the Cowes Yacht Club and just 500 metres from historic Cowes Jetty and the main street of Cowes. The downstairs living room (with 55″ Smart TV) leads to 2 bedrooms, a shared bathroom (with bath and separate toilet) and laundry. “Adnajur” is on the foreshore of Surf Beach and will have particular appeal to families. Pets are also welcome. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:
