Eden Retreat

“Eden Retreat” is a beautifully presented 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom (3 toilets) home, with stunning water views located just a few doors down from The Esplanade in Surf Beach. Some of the many features of this lovely pet friendly home are detailed below:

** Indoor Areas **

Upstairs, the large main living area with beautiful polished floorboards opens into the well appointed kitchen and a separate 2nd living area divided by sliding doors which can be opened to allow a huge single open living area. There is access to the 2nd floor rear deck and an additional powder room on this level for convenience.

Downstairs, there are four large bedrooms including the master with en suite and walk in robe, a good sized family bathroom and separate toilet.

** Outdoor Areas **

The 2nd floor rear deck provides a lovely place for outdoor meals and direct access down to the fully enclosed rear yard. A wooden walkway takes you to a rear covered area which is perfectly designed for outdoor entertaining. The home also features two dog kennels, an outdoor shower and a drive through double garage with access directly into the rear yard if required plus drive way parking for 2+ additional vehicles or a boat.

** Kitchen **

The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with standard cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, walk in pantry, large fridge, dishwasher, electric cook top/oven and the basic condiments, cleaning products etc. you would expect to find in a home away from home.

** Heating/Cooling Systems **

The kitchen/and living meals area is serviced by a split system reverse cycle air conditioner and downstairs there are wall mounted Nobo heaters in Bedrooms 3 and 4 and in the hallway outside the bathroom, in addition to several mobile oil heaters for use in the other bedrooms.

** Bedroom Configuration: **

Bedroom 1 (Downstairs): One Queen bed
Bedroom 2 (Downstairs): One Queen bed
Bedroom 3 (Downstairs): One set of tri-bunks, one single bed and one trundle bed
Bedroom 4 (Downstairs): Two sets of single bunks

There is also a queen sized divan/sofa in the second living area upstairs, suitable for two adults or children, with sliding doors for privacy.

** Linen **

A standard booking comes with doonas with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bath mats. Guests can bring their own sheets (flat and fitted), pillow cases and towels or opt to pay extra for this ‘optional linen’. The cost to provide optional linen is a once off fee per stay of $30 per king/queen/double bed and $15 per single bed. Please advise us if you would like this additional service.

** Peak Periods **

Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, ** check in times **are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement). Please also note that if you avail of the optional** linen hire **over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.

** Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies **

Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies.

Beachfront Penthouse Cowes

“Beachfront Penthouse” is situated directly opposite the beach and just 100 metres from historic Cowes Jetty and the main street of Cowes. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:

** Indoor Areas **

The vast open plan kitchen/dining/living area (with a giant flat-screen TV and DVD player) leads to the spacious Master bedroom (with its own large, flat-screen TV & DVD player), plus a huge en-suite bathroom with a corner spa bath. The other 2 bedrooms share the main bathroom (with separate toilet).

** Outdoor Areas **

The enormous balcony along the entire front of the Penthouse has a great outdoor setting and BBQ, and provides uninterrupted 180 degree views of Cowes beach. The home has a single car garage with internal access (via stairs) and with space to park an additional car in front of the garage door.

** Kitchen **

The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, Aldi pod coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, large fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and cook top and the basic condiments, cleaning products etc. you would expect to find in a home away from home.

** Heating/Cooling Systems **

The Penthouse has reverse-cycle split system air-conditioning in all 3 bedrooms plus the living room and there is one additional stand alone fan.

** Bedding Configuration **

“Beachfront Penthouse” is configured to comfortably sleep any combination of adults and children up to a maximum of 8:

Bedroom 1: One Queen bed
Bedroom 2: One Queen bed
Bedroom 3: Two single beds

Also provided are two top quality fold-out single beds which can be moved to whichever room suits guests.

“Bayside Views” is situated directly behind the Cowes Yacht Club and just 500 metres from historic Cowes Jetty and the main street of Cowes. This executive class accommodation really is the perfect location for your next business trip, a romantic getaway, a quiet weekend with friends, or a fun holiday with the kids. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:

** Indoor Areas **

The downstairs living room (with 55″ Smart TV) leads to 2 bedrooms, a shared bathroom (with bath and separate toilet) and laundry. Upstairs is the main open plan kitchen/dining living room (with giant flat-screen TV) and spacious Master bedroom with its huge en-suite bathroom, WIR and stunning water views. Children are well accommodated for with a cot, high chair and 2 x stair guards.

** Outdoor Areas **

The home has a spectacular rooftop deck with outdoor setting and fabulous water views, a fully enclosed courtyard and a remote controlled single car garage with internal access to the home with space to park another car in front of the garage. There is also a gate in the rear fence of the courtyard that provides direct access to the beach next to the yacht club!
