This fabulous two storey home is located just 500m from hugely popular YCW beach, 550m from Smiths Beach, and 2.5 km from the world famous GP Circuit. The excellent location makes this house perfect for young families as well as boating, fishing and motor sport fans alike.

“Raywood” is comfortably furnished with cosy beds, all kitchen and laundry appliances and products, wall heating in all bedrooms, pedestal fans, a stereo system, three TV’s, DVD players, a huge rumpus room and much, much more.
