There are electric blankets on the queen beds in bedroom 1 and 2 and also ceiling fans in every bedroom and the lounge room. There is a stand alone fan in the games room as well.

As mentioned above, the gated private community is governed by the Owners Corporations, guidelines which in part, address neighbours entitlements, common property, minimising excessive noise and disrespectful loud late-night parties. Reports of these could lead to immediate eviction without recourse.

“Relax at Red Rocks” is a two storey home comprising at ground level, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a fully equipped laundry, adjoining a vast family living space.
