Villa Isola features a vast, air conditioned upstairs living area, opening onto a huge, split-level deck, complete with stainless steel BBQ, 8-seater outdoor setting and day lounge. This wonderful area provides delightful, unobstructed views of the golf course and Salt Water Creek.

The lounge includes a wood fire, 65″ smart TV and IPOD docking station. Also upstairs, the spacious Master bedroom offers a WIR, a 40″ LED TV, air conditioning and a luxurious en-suite bathroom, with free-standing bath and double-size shower.

“The Mansion” is a stunning brand new 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom home, with an 8 seater spa, 2 kitchens, 2 laundries, a double garage and single carport. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:

Upstairs, the large main living area opens into the well appointed kitchen. There is access to the large 2nd floor rear deck, the second laundry and a bathroom with toilet, basin and shower. The huge Master bedroom comes with BIR and large en-suite with double sink, bath and walk in shower. The second and third bedrooms are also on this floor.

Downstairs, there are three large bedrooms including one with its own en suite and WIR. The other two bedrooms share a large main bathroom with bath, shower and a separate toilet. Also downstairs is the second living area, second kitchen and laundry.

The spacious, air-conditioned living area on the upper floor features a giant, SMART TV and opens onto a sheltered deck, complete with BBQ, outdoor setting and delightful rural views, while the downstairs living are, also air-conditioned, is furnished with another huge TV, a DVD player and a comfortable lounge which also converts into a double bed.

Sky Mirror Cottage

An easy 10 minute stroll will take you to Rhyll’s remarkable selection of restaurants, cafes and takeaways (including the best fish and chips in the region), all located opposite the tranquil waters of the Rhyll Inlet, while all the shops, supermarkets, cafe’s and restaurants of the bustling township of Cowes are just a 7 minute drive away.

In the downstairs area of “Sky Mirror Cottage” you will find the main living room with a flat screen TV and DVD player as well as a split system heating and cooling unit for your year-round comfort, and a dining area with views of the nearby foreshore. There you will also find the kitchen and laundry, as well as outdoor area equipped with a gas BBQ for the warm summer months.
