This spacious property offers five large bedrooms, two bathrooms, plus two completely separate living areas. The upstairs living area also contains a bar fridge, microwave oven and coffee machine. The home has a fully equipped laundry as well and 2 stair guards to help with little children.

The main living area features a 65″ TV with Optus Fetch, and Netflix, whilst there are also TV sets to be found in the dining room, the upstairs lounge and the second bedroom.

Outdoor living is catered for as well, with a generous deck opening off the main living area. This fully sheltered space offers a pleasant outdoor dining experience, and is equipped with a gas BBQ and a quality outdoor setting, plus a wood-fired pizza oven and fire pit.

The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, 2 coffee machines (a Breville and Delonghi pod machine), toaster, kettle, etc. The kitchen also incorporates a dishwasher, quality cooking appliances and a huge refrigerator and ice-maker and the basic condiments, cleaning products etc you would expect to find in a home away from home.

** Heating/Cooling Systems **

There are wall-mounted reverse cycle air-conditioning units in the downstairs family room and the upstairs landing. Every bedroom has a wall mounted electric heater and a gas fireplace provides additional heating in the lounge area. There are electric blankets on the queen beds in bedroom 1 and 2 and also ceiling fans in every bedroom and the lounge room. There is a stand alone fan in the games room as well.

The gated private community is governed by the Owners Corporation, having guidelines which in part, encourage respecting neighbours entitlements, common property, minimising excessive noise and disrespectful loud late-night parties. As mentioned above, the gated private community is governed by the Owners Corporations, guidelines which in part, address neighbours entitlements, common property, minimising excessive noise and disrespectful loud late-night parties. Reports of these could lead to immediate eviction without recourse.

Ocean Breeze

A member of the Phillip Island Holiday Homes group, “Ocean Breeze” is situated on approximately one acre of land in a secure, gated community just 2.3 km from central San Remo, with it’s hotels, shops, cafes and restaurants.
