“Silverwater Jewel” is a 2 bedroom apartment in the fantastic Silverwater Resort with water views and access to the incredible shared facilities. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:

Indoor Areas

The entrance to the Apartment leads to two interconnected dwellings (apartment 411 & 412), listed as one home. Apartment 411 consists of Bedroom 2 (with smart TV) which features BIR, that leads to a covered Balcony, and a bathroom (with shower & toilet). Through the private internal entry is Apartment 412 which consists of an open plan Kitchen/Dining/Living Room (with smart TV), leading to a front covered Balcony and rear covered Deck. Bedroom 1 (with smart TV) also features a BIR, a bathroom (with shower & toilet) and there is a fully equipped European Laundry (with front loading combined washer/dryer).

Outdoor Areas

The two covered front Balconies (each with a table & seating for 2 people, the Living Room Balcony features an electric BBQ) have delightful water views. There are two reserved, numbered car parks available for guests at the front of the Apartment entrance.

Resort Facilities

The resort has many fantastic shared facilities; heated indoor lap pool, solar heated outdoor pool, 2 lighted tennis courts, a mixed volleyball/basketball court, spa & steam room, children's playground & jumping pillows, restaurant & lounge, arcade/games room and table tennis room.

Silverwater Resort consists of a number of privately owned and operated apartments, like “Silverwater Jewel”, and a number of corporately held and commercially operated apartments. All guests have full use of the resort facilities, however the “reception desk” is for commercial guests only, should you have any issues please contact Phillip Island Holiday Homes on Ph: (03) 9443 7538.

Kitchen

The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, toaster, sandwich maker, kettle, etc. plus a sink, fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and cook top.

Heating/Cooling Systems

The home is serviced by a ducted reverse cycle split-system that cools and heats the entire home, plus there is a wall mounted reverse cycle air-conditioner in Bedroom 2.

Bedding Configuration

This home has 2 beds, plus 1 sofa bed, accommodating up to 6 guests:

Bedroom 1: One Queen bed
Bedroom 2: One Queen bed

There is also a fold-out Queen sofa bed/divan in the living area that will sleep two adults or children.

Linen

Linen is included for all bookings. This includes doonas (quilts) with covers, sheets, pillows with covers, tea towels, hand towels, bath towels & bath mats.

Peak Periods

Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm unless by prior arrangement. Please also note that during peak times, linen may be left out but beds may not be made up.

Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies

Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties, or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies, irrespective of whether school-leavers are part of the official Schoolies Program. All bookings are subject to approval, pending Guest verification process. Local council restrictions are in place for this property, and compliance is mandatory.
