“Rhyll Seaside Penthouse” is a family friendly apartment on absolute waterfront in Rhyll, upstairs from a local café, next door to a Pub and 200m from the Rhyll General store and Boat Ramp (with options for Dolphin and Whale watching). Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:

Indoor Areas

Downstairs, features a huge open plan Kitchen/Dining/Living Room (with 70" smart TV & DVD player with some DVDs) with stunning water views that flows through to the ocean-facing Terrace, has a separate Powder Room and provides access through to the second Living/Games Room (with 4 feet 4-In-1 Game table for kids with Fuzbol, Table tennis, Pool table & Air hockey, plus an assortment of board games & childrens books). Outdoor Areas

Downstairs the ocean-facing covered Balcony (with gas BBQ & seating for 4) has spectacular water views over Westernport Bay and the Churchill Island Marine National Park. Upstairs, the ocean-facing open Terrace (with 2 x sun lounges and 2-person hammock) has spectacular uninterrupted water views over Westernport Bay and the Churchill Island Marine National Park. The rear Terrace (with Sauna) provides another space to relax and soak in the incredible location, wrapping around to the front Balcony. There is one car space available for guests and there is free council parking for 50+ vehicles (cars and/or boats) is available on the waterfront, starting from just in front of the apartment.

Downstairs, the fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, Breville (Nespresso combatile) pod coffee machine, toaster, kettle, air fryer, sandwich maker, rice cooker/steamer, plus a double sink, fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and induction cook top. Heating/Cooling Systems

Downstairs there are a wall/ceiling mounted reverse cycle air conditioners in the Kitchen/Dining/Living room, 2nd Living Room and in all 3 three bedrooms, ceiling fans in Bedrooms 1 and 2, plus wall mounted electric heating in all 3 Bedrooms. Upstairs there are two wall mounted reverse cycle air conditioners in the apartment; one in the Kitchen/Dining/Living room and the other in the Bedroom.

Bedding Configuration

The home has 6 beds, plus 1 sofa bed, accommodating up to 12 guests:

Bedroom 1 (Downstairs): One Queen bed
Bedroom 2 (Downstairs): One Queen bed
Bedroom 3 (Downstairs): One Tri-bunk and one Single bed
Bedroom 4 (Upstairs): One King bed

Please note: The Tri-bunk has a double bed base with a single bed above it.
There is also a Double sofa bed in the upstairs Living Room, suitable for 2 adults or children.

Linen

Linen is included for all bookings. This includes doonas (quilts) with covers, sheets, pillows with covers, tea towels, hand towels, bath towels & bath mats.

Peak Periods

Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm unless by prior arrangement. Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.

Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies

Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties, or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies, irrespective of whether school-leavers are part of the official Schoolies Program. All bookings are subject to approval, pending Guest verification process. Local council restrictions are in place for this property, and compliance is mandatory.
