“Potters Hill Coastal Retreat” is a delightful single-storey apartment in the fantastic Silverwater Resort in San Remo, just a short walk from the beach and the supermarkets, restaurants & cafés of San Remo. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:
Indoor Areas
The open-plan Kitchen/Dining/Living Room (with 40" Smart TV, board/card games/books/magazines & dining setting for 6) creates a comfortable and functional space for relaxing or entertaining. This central living space opens out to two separate Deck areas (with outdoor seating). Bedrooms 1 & 2 (each with BIR, with Bedroom 2 featuring a 32" standard TV) are positioned off the living area for privacy and convenience. The Bathroom (with bath, shower & toilet) is centrally located and easily accessible from both bedrooms. The fully equipped Laundry (with washing machine & clothes dryer) is also neatly tucked within this area.
Outdoor Areas
The home features two private covered deck areas, perfect for relaxed outdoor living. The front deck includes an outdoor dining table with seating for 6, creating a great space for meals and entertaining. The rear deck, also covered, offers a more private setting (with a sun lounge and electric BBQ), ideal for unwinding. Both decks are located at ground level and provide easy indoor/outdoor flow. The home also offers space for 2 cars in front of the building, with EV charging available in a separate area.
Resort Facilities
The resort has many fantastic shared facilities; heated indoor lap pool, solar heated outdoor pool, 2 lighted tennis courts, a mixed volleyball/basketball court, spa & steam room, children's playground & jumping pillows, restaurant & lounge, arcade/games room and table tennis room.
Kitchen
The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, a microwave, a coffee press, a toaster, a kettle, etc., plus a single sink, fridge, dishwasher, electric oven, and electric cooktop.
Heating/Cooling Systems
There is ducted heating and cooling throughout the home, servicing the Living area and both Bedrooms.
Bedding Configuration
This home has 3 beds and 1 sofa bed, accommodating up to 6 guests:
Bedroom 1: One Queen bed
Bedroom 2: Two Single beds
There is also a Double sofa bed in the Living Room suitable for 2 adults or children.
Linen
It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.
Peak Periods
Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm unless by prior arrangement. Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.
Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies
Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties, or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies, irrespective of whether school-leavers are part of the official Schoolies Program. All bookings are subject to approval, pending Guest verification process. Local council restrictions are in place for this property, and compliance is mandatory.
