“Panorama Bay Escape” is a beautiful double-story family and pet-friendly home in San Remo, just a short walk from the Beach and the supermarkets, restaurants & cafés of San Remo. The home boasts amazing views across Western Port Bay towards Phillip Island and the iconic San Remo Bridge, as well as beautiful sunsets, making it a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the coastal surroundings. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:
Indoor Areas
The spacious open-plan Kitchen/Dining/Living area is located upstairs (with a 72" Smart TV, books/board/card games/magazines, and a sound system) and large windows showcasing the stunning views across the water and bridge. Glass doors open onto the undercover Balcony, creating a lovely connection between the indoor and outdoor living areas. Also upstairs is Bedroom 1 (with TV & BIR), beautiful water views, and direct access to the Balcony, as well as a private Ensuite (with shower & Toilet).
Downstairs, a central Hallway leads to Bedrooms 2 & 3 (each with BIR), along with the main Bathroom (with bath & shower) and a separate Toilet. The fully equipped Laundry (with washing machine & clothes dryer) is conveniently located downstairs. The home also includes a single lock-up garage, providing secure parking and convenient internal access to the property.
Outdoor Areas
The large semi-covered front Balcony (with gas BBQ, outdoor setting for 4–6, and additional chairs with a small coffee table) boasts stunning 180-degree water views overlooking Westernport Bay and the iconic San Remo Bridge, with beautiful sunsets to enjoy. The Balcony creates a lovely outdoor entertaining space and is ideal for enjoying a morning coffee, alfresco dining, or an evening drink while taking in the incredible coastal views. Stairs from the Balcony lead down to the fully fenced yard, which is perfect for children and pets alike. There is a single lock-up Garage with convenient direct access to the home, plus additional parking for up to 3 vehicles (cars and/or a boat) in the driveway, with no height restriction for boats.
Kitchen
The fully appointed Kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, a microwave, an air fryer, Nespresso coffee pod machine, a toaster, a kettle, a sandwich press, etc., plus a sink, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, an electric oven and cook top.
Heating/Cooling Systems
There is a wall mounted reverse cycle air conditioner in the upstairs Kitchen/Dining/Living room, a ceiling fan in Bedroom 1, pedestal fans in Bedrooms 2 & 3, and mobile heaters in Bedrooms 2 & 3, which can be used where required.
Bedding Configuration
This home has 3 beds, accommodating up to 6 guests:
Bedroom 1 (Upstairs): One Queen bed
Bedroom 2 (Downstairs): One Queen bed
Bedroom 3 (Downstairs): One Queen bed
Linen
It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.
Peak Periods
Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm unless by prior arrangement. Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.
Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies
Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties, or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies, irrespective of whether school-leavers are part of the official Schoolies Program. All bookings are subject to approval, pending Guest verification process. Local council restrictions are in place for this property, and compliance is mandatory.
