“Isola Bella” is a freshly renovated townhouse in central Cowes, just steps from the main shopping precinct and its supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. Park your car and walk everywhere! Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:

Indoor Areas

The ground floor has the open plan kitchen/living/dining (with 55' smart TV, & DVD player) that also provides access to the rear courtyard, and a separate toilet. Upstairs is the master bedroom with BIR and en-suite (with shower & toilet) and the two other bedrooms (each with BIR) that share access to the main bathroom (with bath, shower & toilet). There is also a separate laundry.

Outdoor Areas

Outdoor living is catered for as well, with a fully enclosed rear courtyard with electric BBQ and outdoor setting for 6 people. There is parking available in the single car garage (with direct access to the rear courtyard) and space for another vehicle in front of the garage.


The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, a Breville Nespresso coffee machine with milk frother, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and induction cook top.

Heating/Cooling Systems

There are two wall-mounted reverse cycle split-systems; one in the living room and one in the main bedroom upstairs. There are also 6 stand-alone fans stored under the stairs to be used where required.

Bedding Configuration

This home has 5 beds, accommodating up to 6 guests:

Bedroom 1 (upstairs): One King bed
Bedroom 2 (upstairs): Two Long Single beds (which can be converted into a King bed)
Bedroom 3 (upstairs): Two Long Single beds (which can be converted into a King bed)

Please note that if you want the Long Single beds to be converted into King beds prior to your arrival, we need at least one week's notice before checking in.

Long single mattress dimensions are approximately 91cm x 203cm and converted king bed dimensions are approximately 180cm x 203cm.


It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.

Peak Periods

Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement). Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.

Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies

Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies.
