"Island View" is an incredible new 67 square home with amazing 360 degree views of Bass Strait, Phillip Island and Western Port Bay. Some of the many features of this stunning home are detailed below:

There is also internal access to the triple car garage and a separate fully equipped Laundry (with washing machine & clothes dryer). Please note there is no guest access to the Master Bedroom or ensuite.

The electric heat-pump heated pool (10m x 4.4m and up to 1.8m deep) also has an 8 seater spa (both set behind a privacy fence) and there is also an outdoor shower near the Laundry door and a firepit (no wood provided). Children are certainly accommodated for too - there is a cubby, swing set and sand pit. The double car Garage (with table tennis table) and huge gravel area in front of the home provides parking for up to 10 vehicles (cars &/or a boat). Peak Periods
Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm unless by prior arrangement. Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.
Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies
Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties, or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies, irrespective of whether school-leavers are part of the official Schoolies Program. All bookings are subject to approval, pending Guest verification process. Local council restrictions are in place for this property, and compliance is mandatory.
