"Island Holidayze" is a modern, centrally located townhouse with open plan living, an outdoor area with BBQ and upstairs balcony. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:
Downstairs is a large open plan Kitchen/Dining/Living Room (with smart TV and JVC Bluetooth speaker) providing direct access to the private, north facing entertainment deck, large master bedroom with walk in robe and en-suite (with shower & toilet), laundry (with washing machine & clothes dryer), and a separate toilet.The polished timber staircase leads to the second floor which features another Living room (with smart TV) and entry out onto the balcony, Bedrooms 2 & 3 (each with BIR) and the main bathroom (with shower & bath) plus a separate toilet.
The fully fenced courtyard (with gas BBQ and seating for 6) also has a hot/cold outdoor shower and is perfect for families with children and/or pets. Also featured is a single garage with access to the rear yard, plus space to park an additional car in front of the garage.
The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with standard cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, Nespresso compatible coffee machine, toaster, sandwich grill, kettle, electric sandwich maker, plus a double sink, walk in pantry, large fridge, stainless steel dishwasher, stainless steel electric oven and cook top, and stone bench tops.
This home has 8 beds accommodating up to 10 guests:
Bedroom 1 (Downstairs): One Queen bed
Bedroom 2 (Upstairs): One Queen bed
Bedroom 3 (Upstairs): Two sets of Single bunks plus a single trundle bed
An additional single trundle bed is stored in bedroom 3 to be used in the upstairs living room.
It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.
Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement). Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.
Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies
Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies.
