“Coronet Bluebelle” is a charming double-storey, family- and pet-friendly home in Coronet Bay, just a comfortable walk from the beach and Coronet General Store, and a short drive from the supermarkets, restaurants & cafés of San Remo. With spacious outdoor areas and a relaxed coastal feel, it’s the perfect spot for a peaceful beachside getaway. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:
Indoor Areas
The spacious open plan Dining/Family/Living area (with 65" Smart TV) downstairs offers a relaxed and inviting setting for guests to come together, with comfortable seating and plenty of natural light. Glass doors provide easy access to the partially covered Alfresco-like area, creating a seamless indoor/outdoor flow. Also downstairs is the separate Living/Games Room, featuring a pool table and a selection of board/card games, books and magazines, creating a fun and comfortable space for guests to relax and entertain. There is also a wooden cupboard containing puzzles, board games and building blocks for children, and children’s books. A Bathroom (with shower & toilet) and separate fully equipped Laundry (with washing machine and clothes dryer) are also located downstairs.
Upstairs, accessed via the internal staircase, a central sitting area leads to Bedrooms 1, 2 & 3, with Bedrooms 1 & 3 featuring BIR and Bedroom 2 with a freestanding robe. There is also a separate stylish reading nook with a grandfather armchair, reading table and a cupboard with a small selection of books – a place for relaxing solo over a cup of tea in a quiet space. The separate Lounge provides another comfortable space to relax and unwind, with generous seating and large windows. The Lounge opens onto the spacious Balcony. A second Bathroom (with shower & toilet) is also located on this level.
Outdoor Areas
The spacious upper Balcony (with a foldable outdoor table, two chairs and two outdoor chairs) is a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the fresh coastal air, with leafy surroundings and views across the landscape. Downstairs, the partially covered Alfresco-like area (with a gas BBQ, large hardwood table and six chairs) provides a comfortable space for outdoor dining and entertaining, overlooking the beautifully established garden and large lawn. The fully enclosed yard is ideal for families and pets, with plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors. There is also an outdoor shower with hot and cold water, providing a convenient way to rinse off after the beach or outdoor activities. The parking area provides space for up to 4 vehicles (cars and/or a boat), with 2 spaces within the enclosed yard and 2 spaces on the lawn strip just outside the property.
Kitchen
The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc., plus a single sink, stone benchtops, fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and induction cooktop.
Heating/Cooling Systems
There are 3 wall-mounted reverse-cycle split systems located in Dining Area/Living Rooms 1 & 2, and Downstairs Living/Games Room, with additional heating and cooling options throughout the home. A mobile heater and pedestal fan are also provided in Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3.
Bedding Configuration
This home has 6 beds and 1 sofa bed, accommodating up to 10 guests:
Bedroom 1: One Queen bed
Bedroom 2: One Queen bed
Bedroom 3: Two sets of Single Bunk beds
There is also a Queen sofa bed in the Downstairs Living/Games Room, suitable for 2 adults or children.
Linen
It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.
Peak Periods
Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm unless by prior arrangement. Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.
Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies
Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties, or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies, irrespective of whether school-leavers are part of the official Schoolies Program. All bookings are subject to approval, pending Guest verification process. Local council restrictions are in place for this property, and compliance is mandatory.
