About the home
"Castaway Views" is a stunning brand new home with incredible water views and an electric heated swimming pool, just a short drive or comfortable walk from the beach and supermarkets, restaurants & cafés of San Remo. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:
Indoor Areas
Upstairs, the large main living area opens into the well appointed kitchen. There is also access from the living room to the large covered front deck with water views. The Master bedroom comes with WIR and en-suite (with a walk in shower & toilet). The second Bedroom is also on this floor with its own BIR and en-suite (with shower & a separate toilet). There is also another powder room off the Living space. Downstairs, are Bedrooms 3 & 4 (each with BIR) and Bedroom 5 with its own WIR. There is also a large main Bathroom (with bath, shower and a separate toilet) and second Living area (with 55" smart TV) that flows through to the rear covered entertaining area. For added convenience, there is internal access to the Garage.
Outdoor Areas
The upstairs fully covered front Deck (with gas BBQ & seating for 6-8 pax) provides a lovely sheltered place for outdoor meals under cover, while the rear fully covered Balcony provides yet another outdoor area. The downstairs rear Entertaining Area (with some table & chairs), flows out from the downstairs living area, and leads to the enclosed rear yard featuring the stunning electric heated (to a maximum 28 degrees) in-ground swimming pool (6m x 3m, 1.4m deep), which is perfect for family groups to relax. There is a double Garage with a table tennis table, fuzbol table and direct access to inside the home. There is space to park up to 3 vehicles (cars and/or a boat) in the driveway.
Please note, the temperature of the pool water, as well as the pool heating capacity, can be affected by the ambient (outside) temperature. If you have any queries about what this may mean for your stay, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Kitchen
The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with standard cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, Vittoria coffee machine (Nespresso compatible), toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, walk in pantry, large fridge, dishwasher, electric oven, and gas cook top.
Heating/Cooling Systems
Each of the two living rooms have a wall mounted reverse cycle air conditioner, and there are pedestal fans and mobile heaters in all the bedrooms.

Bedroom 1 (Upstairs): One Queen bed
Bedroom 2 (Upstairs): One Queen bed
Bedroom 3 (Downstairs): One Tri-bunk bed
Bedroom 4 (Downstairs): One Queen bed
Bedroom 5 (Downstairs): One Queen bed
Please note: The Tri-bunk has a double bed base with a single bed above it.
Linen
It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.
Peak Periods
Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement). Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.
Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies
Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies. All bookings are subject to approval, pending Guest verification process - Local council restrictions are in place for this property and compliance is mandatory.
