“Broadway Resort” is a delightful single-storey family [and pet-friendly XX] home in Cape Woolamai, just a short drive or comfortable walk from the beach and supermarkets, restaurants & cafés of Cape Woolamai. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:
Indoor Areas
The spacious open-plan Kitchen/Dining/Living Room (with XXX Smart TV) flows out onto the spacious rear Deck and adjoining Patio area, creating a lovely indoor/outdoor feel for guests to enjoy. A central hallway leads to Bedroom 1 with BIR and private Ensuite (with shower, vanity & toilet) and Bedrooms 2, 3 & 4 (all with BIR). The home also includes a central Bathroom (with bath, shower & vanity) and a separate toilet for added convenience. The fully equipped Laundry (with washing machine & clothes dryer) is centrally located off the Living area.
Outdoor Areas
The spacious rear Deck and adjoining Patio area (with XXX) create a lovely outdoor space for guests to relax and entertain, with the Patio overlooking the fully enclosed grassy backyard, making the home ideal for children and pets alike. There is secure off-street parking available, with space for multiple vehicles (cars and/or a boat) in the driveway.
Please note: The home has external security cameras that do not face any internal private areas.
Kitchen
The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, [XXX] coffee [pod] machine, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, fridge, dishwasher, [electric/gas] oven and [electric/induction/gas] cook top.
Heating/Cooling Systems
There is a wall mounted reverse cycle air conditioner in the upstairs Kitchen/Dining/Living room, ceiling fans in Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3, wall mounted electric heating in all bedrooms, plus [XX] additional stand-alone heaters and fans which can be used where required. The home has a Coonara-style wood heater (some wood provided to get you started).
Bedding Configuration
This home has 6 beds, accommodating up to 10 guests:
Bedroom 1: One Queen bed
Bedroom 2: One Tri-bunk bed
Bedroom 3: One Tri-bunk bed
Bedroom 4: One Queen bed
Please note: The Tri-bunk has a double bed base with a single bed above it.
Linen
It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.
Peak Periods
Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm unless by prior arrangement. Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.
Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies
Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties, or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies, irrespective of whether school-leavers are part of the official Schoolies Program. All bookings are subject to approval, pending Guest verification process. Local council restrictions are in place for this property, and compliance is mandatory.
