“Baiti Cowes” is a delightful single storey, family- and pet-friendly home in Cowes, just a short walk from Cowes Beach and a short drive to the supermarkets, restaurants, and cafés of Cowes. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:
Indoor Areas
The bright open plan Kitchen/Dining/Living area features polished timber floors, a spacious island bench kitchen, and a comfortable living space (with a 65" Smart TV, Chromecast/Apple TV, and sound system). This inviting area flows through to the outdoor Deck, creating a great space for relaxing and entertaining. The adjoining Lounge area (with a 55" Smart TV with Playstation/Xbox access, along with a selection of board games, books, and magazines) also opens onto a second Deck, providing additional space for guests to unwind and enjoy the outdoors.
A central hallway leads to Bedroom 1, which features a WIR and Ensuite (with shower & toilet), along with Bedrooms 2 and 3 (both with BIR, with Bedroom 3 also featuring additional storage cupboards) and the main Bathroom (with bath & shower), plus a separate Toilet. The Laundry (with washing machine, clothes airer, and additional storage cupboards) is conveniently located near the Lounge area.
Outdoor Areas
The fully covered front Deck (with Gas BBQ & seating for 6) provides a fantastic outdoor entertaining space, perfect for relaxing with family and friends while overlooking the secure front fenced yard, ideal for children and pets alike. The home also features a gas BBQ and excellent indoor/outdoor flow, creating a relaxed coastal holiday setting. This pet-friendly home is perfect for families traveling with children and pets.
The property is fully fenced except for the driveway area. The home includes a single carport and can accommodate up to 4 vehicles, with 1 vehicle under the carport and space for an additional 3 vehicles (cars and/or a boat) in the driveway.
Please note: The home has 2 external security cameras that do not face any internal private areas. One camera looks out to the front gate, and the other looks down the driveway.
Kitchen
The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, Nespresso pod coffee machine, kettle, etc., plus a double sink, fridge, dishwasher, electric oven, and electric/induction cooktop (please use the specific induction cookware kept in the cupboard for cooking).
Heating/Cooling Systems
The home has two wall-mounted reverse-cycle split systems located in the Living room and Lounge area, ceiling fans in the Living areas and Bedrooms 1 & 2, plus 1 additional portable fan and 3 heaters, which can be used wherever required.

This home has 6 beds, accommodating up to 8 guests:
Bedroom 1 (Downstairs): One Queen bed
Bedroom 2 (Downstairs): One Queen bed
Bedroom 3 (Downstairs): Two Sets of Single bunks
Linen
Linen is included for all bookings. This includes doonas (quilts) with covers, sheets, pillows with covers, tea towels, hand towels, bath towels & bath mats.
Peak Periods
Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm unless by prior arrangement. Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.
Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies
Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties, or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies, irrespective of whether school-leavers are part of the official Schoolies Program. All bookings are subject to approval, pending Guest verification process. Local council restrictions are in place for this property, and compliance is mandatory.
