“Casa Bella on Beach” is a stunning, brand new single-storey family home in central Cowes just a short walk from the beach and supermarkets, restaurants & cafés of Cowes. Some of the many features of this incredible home are detailed below:

Indoor Areas

A long central hallway runs the length of this amazing home. Bedroom 1 is at the front of the home and has a 50" smart TV, walk through robe and ensuite (with shower, double vanity & separate toilet). Further down the hallway are the fully equipped laundry (with washing machine & clothes dryer), a separate toilet and Bedroom 2, before opening out into the huge central open plan Kitchen (with WIP), Dining/Living Room which features an electric 'open fire', enormous 75" smart TV, bluetooth speaker, 4 metre raked ceiling and direct access to the pool area. The rear half of the home has a long hallway running alongside the pool area and providing access to Bedrooms 3, 4 and 5 (all with BIR), the main bathroom (with walk in shower & bath), a separate toilet and the rear Games Room which has a 65" smart TV, board games and kids toys as well as direct access to the pool area.

Outdoor Areas

The enclosed rear yard is perfect for children and pets (pets to remain outdoors) and holds the centrepiece of this amazing home - the heated private swimming pool (6m x 3m) and has a separate full bathroom accessed directly from the pool area. The small deck at the front of the house (off Bedroom 1) has 4 sitting chairs, the side Alfresco (with louvre roof system that opens & closes) has a gas BBQ & 8-seater table and the pool area has 4 lounge chairs and 3 sun lounges. The double garage has parking for 2 cars, there is space for 2-3 cars in front of the garage and the extra long driveway provides parking for up to 6 more vehicles (cars and/or a boat) behind gates.

Please note there are security cameras outside, but none that view any private areas in the home, including the swimming pool.

Kitchen

The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, Breville Barista Pro pod coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, fridge, dishwasher, electric 900mm oven and induction cook top.

Heating/Cooling Systems

There are ceiling mounted reverse cycle air conditioners in all rooms in the home, under floor hydronic heating throughout the home and an electric 'open fire' in the central main Living Room.

Bedding Configuration

This home has 12 beds accommodating up to 18 guests:

Bedroom 1: One King bed
Bedroom 2: Two Tri-bunks and two Single Trundle beds
Bedroom 3: One Queen bed
Bedroom 4: One Tri-bunk and one Single Trundle bed
Bedroom 5: One Queen bed

Please note: The Tri-bunks have a double bed base with a single bed above it.

Linen

It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.

Peak Periods

Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm unless by prior arrangement. Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.

Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies

Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies. All bookings are subject to approval, pending Guest verification process - Local council restrictions are in place for this property and compliance is mandatory.
