About the home
"The Boat Ramp Getaway" is a fantastic holiday home just metres from the boat ramp in Corinella. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:
Indoor Areas
Downstairs is split into two areas either side of the covered carport. On one side is an undercover area leading into the games room (with table tennis table) and laundry. On the other side of the carport, is the downstairs entry plus a bathroom (with shower and separate toilet) and stairs up to the rest of the home.
Upstairs is the huge dining (with TV - no FTA channels) and lounge room (with another TV). The open plan kitchen is in the middle of the upstairs two living spaces. Leading off these are all three bedrooms (Bedroom 1 with a WIR), the main bathroom (with shower and basin) and a separate toilet.
Outdoor Areas
The huge fully enclosed yard is perfect for children and Pets (outside only) to play and provides plenty of room for boat parking. Please note - the large shed is not accessible to guests.
Kitchen
The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, Aldi pod coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, large fridge (plus a 2nd fridge in the games room), and electric oven and cook top.
Heating/Cooling Systems
There are two reverse cycle split systems; one each in the two upstairs living areas and three mobile heaters and three mobile fans for use as required.
Bedroom Configuration:
This home has 6 beds, plus 1 sofa bed, accommodating up to 9 guests:
Bedroom 1 (Upstairs): One Queen bed
Bedroom 2 (Upstairs): One Queen bed
Bedroom 3 (Upstairs): One Tri-bunk bed and One set of Single Bunks
There is also a fold out divan/sofa bed in the downstairs entry that is suitable for one adult or two children.
Please note: A Tri-bunk bed has a double bed on the bottom, and a single bed above it.
Linen
It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.
Peak Periods
Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement). Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.
Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies
Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties, or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies, irrespective of whether school-leavers are part of the official Schoolies Program. All bookings are subject to approval, pending Guest verification process. Local council restrictions are in place for this property, and compliance is mandatory.
