“Phillip Island See the Beach” is a delightful apartment (part of The Waves Complex) in central Cowes right on the waterfront and in amongst the supermarkets, restaurants & cafés of Cowes. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:
Indoor Areas
The Kitchen/Living Room flows through to the Bathroom (with shower, spa bath & toilet) and the Bedroom/Living Room (with BIR & 40" TV) that has several couches and delightful water views, flowing out to the outdoor area.
There is a Laundromat (with washing machine & clothes dryer) in the Waves Complex, just a few steps from the front door.
Outdoor Areas
The north facing covered Afresco (with 4-seater table & chairs) has sensational 180 degree views across the Cowes beach, which is just metres from the Apartment (across The Esplanade). There are communal electric BBQs in the complex, and there is parking for 1 car in The Waves car park, with additional street parking available.
Erewon Park is opposite the apartment with playground, communal BBQ's, outdoor showers, etc.
Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, Aldi pod coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a sink, bar fridge, and electric cook top. Please note: the home does not have an oven.
Heating/Cooling Systems
There is a large wall mounted reverse cycle air conditioner in the Bedroom which heats and cools the entire apartment.
Bedding Configuration
This home has 2 beds, and 1 sofa bed, accommodating up to 5 guests:
Bedroom: One Queen bed
Living Room: One Single bed and one Double sofa bed, suitable for 2 adults or children.
Linen
Linen is included for all bookings. This includes doonas (quilts) with covers, sheets, pillows with covers, tea towels, hand towels, bath towels & bath mats.
Peak Periods
Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm unless by prior arrangement. Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.
Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies
Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies. All bookings are subject to approval, pending Guest verification process - Local council restrictions are in place for this property and compliance is mandatory.
