** Indoor Living Areas **

A flat screen TV with DVD player and sound system is set in the living area which is adjacent to the generous meals area and fully equipped kitchen and has direct access to the delightful outdoor area.

** Kitchen **

The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with standard cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, coffee pod machine, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a large fridge, dishwasher, cook top/oven and the basic condiments, cleaning products etc. you would expect to find in a home away from home.

** Heating/Cooling Systems **

The living area is serviced by a split system reverse cycle air conditioner as well as a gas heater, and there are some stand alone fans in the bedrooms to complement this.

** Bedding Configuration **

“Resort Haven” is configured to comfortably sleep any combination of adults and children up to a maximum of 6:

Bedroom 1: One Queen bed
Bedroom 2: Two single beds
Bedroom 3: Two single beds

** Linen **

A standard booking comes with doonas with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bath mats. Guests can bring their own sheets (flat and fitted), pillow cases and towels or opt to pay extra for this ‘optional linen’. The cost to provide optional linen is a once off fee per stay of $30 per king/queen/double bed and $15 per single bed. Please advise us if you would like this additional service. Minimum 48 hours notice required.

** Peak Periods **

Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, ** check in times **are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement). Please also note that if you avail of the optional** linen hire **over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.

** Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies **

Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. The home also does not take bookings over the Schoolies period.

Dom’s Place

A few minutes drive from this comfortable home will take you to any of the major attractions around the island, including the world famous Penguin Parade, Wildlife Coast Cruises, Phillip Island wildlife Park, Grand Prix Circuit and the surf beaches and magnificent views of the Island’s South Coast.

“Dom’s Place” has an open living design with spacious lounge area, dining space and kitchen. The living area has a television, while the recently renovated kitchen is well appointed, including a microwave oven and good size family refrigerator. The laundry has a washing machine and opens onto the large, fully enclosed back yard, perfect for families with small children.

Cape Corona 28

Appearances can be deceiving! It may look plain from the outside, but this gorgeous, beautifully presented home has been recently renovated and offers three bedrooms, a gleaming modern bathroom and a generous, open plan living area – equipped with a flat-screen TV, DVD player, wood fire and a Nespresso Pod coffee machine.

“Cape Corona 28” is furnished with supremely comfortable beds, a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a reverse-cycle split system air-conditioner, a wood heater and ample parking with a single carport and driveway.

Outdoor living is catered for as well, with an outdoor setting located in a shady spot on the spacious and private back lawn, which is also equipped with a set of swings for the little tackers. The garden shed gives guests access to bikes, scooters, firewood, surfboards, beach toys, beach chairs, outdoor umbrella, beach umbrella, and there is a table tennis table in the carport.

Beachcomber Bliss

“Beachcomber Bliss” is a beautifully presented 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home and a fabulous separate bungalow that doubles as a 4th bedroom and games room. It comes with many ways to entertain the whole family including a table tennis table, pool table and dart board. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:

** Indoor Areas **

The house features:

A modern well equipped kitchen, a renovated bathroom with relaxing deep bath and separate toilet, reverse cycle heater/air conditioner in the living area along with ceiling fan and cozy wood fire coonara, three bedrooms – two with queen size beds and built in robes, the other with 2 single bunks (ie. 4 beds). Please note the home is only licensed to sleep 6 people.

The bungalow features:

A tri-bunk bed – double bed on the bottom and single on the top
Pool table, table tennis table, dart board and sound system
Separate bathroom and toilet
Enough space to lock up a couple of motor bikes

** Outdoor Area **

The property is fully fenced, has a lovely outdoor deck with a BBQ and a hot & cold water outdoor shower.

** Kitchen **

The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with standard cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso compatible coffee pod machine etc. plus pantry, fridge, dishwasher, electric cook top/oven and the basic condiments, cleaning products etc. you would expect to find in a home away from home.

The living area is serviced by a split system reverse cycle air conditioner as well as a coonara heater and the bungalow has a wall mounted heater. There is also an electric blanket for the queen bed in the master bedroom. There are also ceiling fans in the Master queen bedroom, living room and bungalow.

Bay Cottage

“Bay Cottage” is a must for people wishing to enjoy a truly quiet beach side retreat, and is well suited to families, couples or groups of friends. With the Cowes boat ramp just 4 minutes away, “Bay Cottage” is an ideal accommodation for boating enthusiasts and fishermen. And for the rest of the family, shopping for supplies or finding a yummy meal couldn’t be easier, with two full supermarkets and a large selection of shops, cafes and restaurants located within a mere 5 minute drive. ** Indoor Areas **

The open plan kitchen/living dining room provides access to both bedrooms and the bathroom/laundry.

** Outdoor Areas **

There is a delightful, sheltered outdoor living area with BBQ and outdoor setting in the enclosed yard, and a long driveway and double carport providing plenty of room for a couple of cars and a boat.
