One 20 Seven

“One 20 Seven” features two huge living areas, each of which is equipped with a large flat screen TV, while the upstairs living area also contains a DVD player, as well as a well stocked library of books, magazines, DVDs and games for some great family fun! There’s even a reading area with its own balcony, where you can sit and enjoy a quiet moment with a book, plus a study desk downstairs for those who have to take their work with them.

A member of the Phillip Island Holiday Homes group, “One 20 Seven” is ideal for large families or groups, and is furnished with supremely comfortable beds, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine and reverse-cycle split system air-conditioners both upstairs and down. There is also off-street parking with a lock-up double garage plus plenty of room for a boat.

The sheltered outdoor living area, with gas BBQ and outdoor setting is a great place to spend a few lazy summer afternoons watching the kids play in the cubby house and or shoot a few hoops in the fully fenced backyard. All in all, “One 20 Seven” is the perfect holiday getaway.

** Bedding Configuration **

“One 20 Seven” is configured to comfortably sleep any combination of adults and children up to a maximum of 19:

Bedroom 1 (upstairs): One Queen bed
Bedroom 2 (upstairs): Two sets of tri-bunks and a trundle bed
Bedroom 3 (downstairs: One Queen bed
Bedroom 4 (downstairs): One set of single bunks, a single bed and a trundle bed
Bedroom 5 (downstairs): One set of tri-bunks and a single bed

** Linen **

A standard booking comes with doonas with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bath mats. Guests can bring their own sheets (flat and fitted), pillow cases and towels or opt to pay extra for this ‘optional linen’. The cost to provide optional linen is a once off fee per stay of $30 per king/queen/double bed and $15 per single bed. Please advise us if you would like this additional service.

** Peak Periods **

Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, ** check in times **are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement). Please also note that if you avail of the optional** linen hire **over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.

** Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies **

Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies.

A la Plage

Located just a five minute walk from the beach and the local General Store, this recently refurbished home is in a much-sought after location. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:

** Indoor Areas **

Upstairs, the large living area (with large flat screen TV and build in DVD player) opens into three bedrooms (Bedroom 3 also has a TV) and a shared bathroom.

Downstairs, the kitchen and dining area open into the 2nd living area (with a large flat screen TV) and three more bedrooms, the shared bathroom (with corner spa & a separate toilet) and laundry. There is also access to the downstairs covered deck.

** Outdoor Areas **

The shaded outdoor living area, with gas BBQ, two outdoor settings, a hammock and a hot & cold outdoor shower, overlooks the large fully enclosed yard with ample space for boat parking or 2+ cars, and room for children to run around.

** Kitchen **

The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, Aldi pod coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a sink, two fridges, dishwasher, electric oven and cook top and the basic condiments, cleaning products etc. you would expect to find in a home away from home.

** Heating/Cooling Systems **

Each living area has a reverse cycle split system. The upstairs living room has a ceiling fan and the downstairs living room has a coonara-style wood heater. There are also 5 pedestal fans to be used where required.
