Upstairs, the large main living area opens into the well appointed kitchen. There is access to the large 2nd floor rear deck, the second laundry and a bathroom with toilet, basin and shower. The huge Master bedroom comes with BIR and large en-suite with double sink, bath and walk in shower. The second and third bedrooms are also on this floor.

Downstairs, there are three large bedrooms including one with its own en suite and WIR. The other two bedrooms share a large main bathroom with bath, shower and a separate toilet. Also downstairs is the second living area, second kitchen and laundry.

** Outdoor Areas **

The upstairs rear deck provides a lovely sheltered place for outdoor meals. The downstairs rear deck leads out from the downstairs living area to the 8 seater spa, all under cover. There is a double garage with a table tennis table and dart board, and direct access inside the home plus a single car carport with under cover access to the rear.

** Kitchens **

The fully appointed upstairs kitchen is equipped with standard cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, walk in pantry, large fridge, dishwasher, electric oven, gas cook top and the basic condiments, cleaning products etc. you would expect to find in a home away from home. There is also a well appointed kitchen downstairs with its own oven, gas cook top, dishwasher and fridge.

** Heating/Cooling Systems **

The entire home has ducted central heating and refridgerative cooling. There are also ceiling fans in the Master bedroom, bedroom 2 and the upstairs living area. The home has 6 mobile oil heaters (1 in each bedroom) as well.

Ocean Breeze

A member of the Phillip Island Holiday Homes group, “Ocean Breeze” is situated on approximately one acre of land in a secure, gated community just 2.3 km from central San Remo, with it’s hotels, shops, cafes and restaurants. A la Plage

Located just a five minute walk from the beach and the local General Store, this recently refurbished home is in a much-sought after location. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:

** Indoor Areas **

Upstairs, the large living area (with large flat screen TV and build in DVD player) opens into three bedrooms (Bedroom 3 also has a TV) and a shared bathroom.

Downstairs, the kitchen and dining area open into the 2nd living area (with a large flat screen TV) and three more bedrooms, the shared bathroom (with corner spa & a separate toilet) and laundry. There is also access to the downstairs covered deck.

** Outdoor Areas **

The shaded outdoor living area, with gas BBQ, two outdoor settings, a hammock and a hot & cold outdoor shower, overlooks the large fully enclosed yard with ample space for boat parking or 2+ cars, and room for children to run around.
