About the home

"WooliHut" is designed over 3 levels, offers great views overlooking the foreshore reserve and is only metres away from spectacular Surf Beach. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:

Indoor Areas

Upstairs is the master bedroom with en-suite (with shower and toilet) and the open plan kitchen/dining/living room (with smart TV) opening to the upstairs deck with bar style seating with beautiful views over the reserve. Large and comfortable sofas invite you to relax and provide extra sleeping space. Timber floors and contemporary furnishings set the scene for a stylish beachside holiday. Dine at the large table overlooking the foreshore reserve or sit at the kitchen bar and chat with the cook.

Downstairs you will find the second bedroom with Queen bed, and third bedroom with a Queen bed and King Single bunk above it. A large bathroom (with bath, shower and toilet) and a fully equipped laundry is also located on the ground level.

Outdoor Areas

"WooliHut" has a fabulous outdoor living space with an Electric BBQ and 8 seater outdoor dining table (undercover). After dining, relax on the outdoor lounge or gather around the fire pit looking out to the peaceful and rustic garden. There is also an outdoor hot/cold water shower for a rinse off after the beach in the fully enclosed yard - you're welcome to bring your dog along to enjoy the stay too.

Kitchen

The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, pod coffee machine (Nespresso pods), toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, large fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and induction cook top.

Heating/Cooling Systems

There are three wall mounted reverse cycle air-conditioners in the home; one in the upstairs living room and one each in bedrooms 2 and 3. There are also ceiling fans in the upstairs living room and the Master bedroom, plus the Master bedroom has a Dyson heater and fan to ensure your heating and cooling comfort.

Bedding Configuration

This home has 4 beds, plus 2 sofa beds, accommodating up to 7 guests:

Bedroom 1 (Upstairs): One King bed
Bedroom 2 (Downstairs): One Queen bed
Bedroom 3 (Downstairs): One set of Tri-bunks (a Queen bed below and a King Single bed above)

There are also two double divan/sofa beds in the upstairs living room.

Linen

It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.

Peak Periods

Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement). Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.

Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies

Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies.
