"7 Palms Studio" is a lovely one bedroom studio apartment. Enjoy a romantic stay in Cape Woolamai and within just a 15-minute stroll, you'll find Phillip Island Coastal Reserve and the National Vietnam Veterans Museum as well as the safe swimming beach of Cleeland Bight where you can enjoy snorkeling, boogie boarding, surfing, and Kayaking. There are also a number of great local restaurants, cafes and bars including bang bang local pub, burnt toast cafe/coffee shop, White salt fish and chips, Woolamai Pizza and The Cape Kitchen.

Guests will be welcomed with a bottle of champagne, chocolates and some breakfast provisions. Some of the features of this lovely studio are detailed below:

Indoor Area

This studio apartment has a Queen size bed, a large flat screen smart TV with DVD player and sound system (with lots of movies to watch) and has direct access to the delightful outdoor area. The en-suite has a shower and toilet.

Outdoor Area

The outdoor setting provides a quiet place to relax under the sun umbrella, or cook a meal on the BBQ. There is an outdoor shower with hot & cold water that is perfect for washing off after a day at the beach, and there is secure off street parking for a car behind an electric gate.

Kitchen

The kitchenette is equipped with standard cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, Aldi pod coffee machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, and a fridge. Meal preparation is possible on the BBQ - please note that the home does not have an oven or cooktop.

Heating/Cooling Systems

The home is well serviced by a wall mounted reverse cycle airconditioner.
