The Master bedroom (with TV) has a WIR and ensuite (with shower and toilet), while the other two bedrooms on this level share the main bathroom (featuring a spa-bath with shower over, and toilet).

Downstairs, is the huge open plan living/dining (with smart TV) and kitchen area and access to the two outdoor entertaining areas. Bedroom 2 has a TV and BIR, and shares a large main bathroom (with a shower, toilet and laundry facilities) with Bedroom 3 (also with BIR).

This spacious property offers five large bedrooms, two bathrooms, plus two completely separate living areas. The upstairs living area also contains a bar fridge, microwave oven and coffee machine. The home has a fully equipped laundry as well and 2 stair guards to help with little children.

The main living area features a 65″ TV with Optus Fetch, and Netflix, whilst there are also TV sets to be found in the dining room, the upstairs lounge and the second bedroom.
