Downstairs presents a second, air conditioned living area ideal for the kids, including a double, fold out sofa bed , 40″ LCD TV, DVD player and Xbox 360 games console, while the remote controlled double garage also has rear access for boat storage and outdoor heated shower. “Treetops at Ventnor” is a family friendly 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:

Upstairs, the main kitchen/dining/living area with a TV, DVD player and a reverse cycle split system, has access to the fabulous upstairs deck. Also upstairs are three bedrooms and the main bathroom.

Downstairs, the large living room (with TV, DVD player, reverse cycle split system and Coonara-style wood heater) look out at lovely greenery. The 4th bedroom is also downstairs as well as the 2nd bathroom with a combined washing machine and dryer.

Surf Rest’n Bay

A member of the Phillip Island Holiday Homes group, this restful home is fully furnished with comfortable beds, all kitchen and laundry appliances, and a spacious, amply furnished lounge equipped with a flat screen TV, a DVD player, and a CD player/iPod docking station, and featuring Foxtel cable TV connection. Sky Mirror Cottage

An easy 10 minute stroll will take you to Rhyll’s remarkable selection of restaurants, cafes and takeaways (including the best fish and chips in the region), all located opposite the tranquil waters of the Rhyll Inlet, while all the shops, supermarkets, cafe’s and restaurants of the bustling township of Cowes are just a 7 minute drive away.

In the downstairs area of “Sky Mirror Cottage” you will find the main living room with a flat screen TV and DVD player as well as a split system heating and cooling unit for your year-round comfort, and a dining area with views of the nearby foreshore. There you will also find the kitchen and laundry, as well as outdoor area equipped with a gas BBQ for the warm summer months.

“Sandy at Cowes” is pet friendly and has a fully fenced backyard, and a long driveway and carport providing ample parking for a couple of cars and a boat.

“Sandy”, the beautifully appointed front unit, is furnished with supremely comfortable beds, plus a fully equipped modern kitchen with a full range of appliances including a dishwasher. Also featured is a reverse-cycle, split system air-conditioner, a spacious dining area, a comfortable lounge with Smart TV and DVD player and a fully equipped laundry with washer and dryer.
