The Deck House

“The Deck House” is a lovely 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 2 living area house, with the beach a simple and level, short walk down a private grassy path next to the nature reserve, accessed via a gate at the rear of the property. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:

Downstairs the Master bedroom (with TV & reverse cycle air conditioner) has a walk in robe and en-suite (with shower and toilet). The other two bedrooms are also downstairs and both have BIR; Bedroom 2 also with an en suite (with shower and toilet) and Bedroom 3 is next to the ‘main’ bathroom (with shower and bath and a separate toilet off the laundry). The downstairs living room has a TV (with Apple TV) and a small kitchenette with a second microwave oven.

Walk upstairs for the magnificent ocean views from the large modern open plan kitchen (with bi-fold servery windows to the deck), dining and living room with polished floorboards, a reverse cycle air conditioner, TV (with apple TV) and fireplace.
