“The Resort at 222” is an amazing, centrally located home in Cowes. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:

** Indoor Areas **

Upstairs, the enormous living area (with HDMI enabled TV) provides access to the large 2nd floor deck. The Master bedroom (with TV) has a WIR and ensuite (with shower and toilet), while the other two bedrooms on this level share the main bathroom (featuring a spa-bath with shower over, and toilet).

Downstairs, is the huge open plan living/dining (with smart TV) and kitchen area and access to the two outdoor entertaining areas. Bedroom 2 has a TV and BIR, and shares a large main bathroom (with a shower, toilet and laundry facilities) with Bedroom 3 (also with BIR).

** Outdoor Areas **

The centrepiece of this amazing home is the outdoor, undercover 8 seater spa on the side deck. The Alfresco area with servery windows from the kitchen provides another option for entertaining. The fully enclosed yard has a long driveway with space for 3 cars or a several cars and a boat. There is a double garage with a table tennis table and 5 in 1 multi game table (therefore not available for guest parking). The upstairs deck provides a lovely sheltered place for enjoying the peaceful ambience.

The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with standard cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, coffee machine (Nespresso Vertuo), toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, corner pantry, large fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and cook top and the basic condiments, cleaning products etc. you would expect to find in a home away from home.

There are two wall mounted reverse cycle air-conditioners (one in each living area), two ceiling fans in the upstairs living area and there are 5 mobile oil heaters and pedastal fans to be used in the bedrooms.

Southport Haven

“Southport Haven” offers five large bedrooms, two bathrooms, plus two living areas, each with a flat screen TV. The home is furnished with supremely comfortable beds, a fully equipped kitchen with water filter tap, a fully equipped laundry, a reverse-cycle split system air-conditioner in the downstairs living area, and a fully air-conditioned upper level.

There is ample off-street parking for two vehicles and a boat, with a single carport and a wide paved driveway. And as an added bonus, the double garage has been converted into a third living area, with a huge Smart TV, a Play Station 3, a lounge suite and a table tennis table for some rainy day fun.

Outdoor living is amply catered for, with a spacious balcony opening off the upstairs living room. This fully sheltered space is equipped with a gas BBQ and a quality outdoor setting, as well as a couple of reclining lounges for those lazy holiday afternoons, when you just feel like reading a book or taking a little nap.

Downstairs is another sheltered deck, also equipped with an outdoor setting, which provides a great area to sit and watch the kids play with their pets in the fully fenced backyard.

Kasih @Hillman

This superbly presented home is located in a quiet, tree-lined street in popular McCrae, and within easy driving distance of the beaches, golf courses, cafes, shops and other attractions of McCrae and the surrounding areas of Dromana and Rosebud. “Kasih @Hillman” comprises five spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, and three living areas, plus a superb kitchen and a butler’s pantry.

The huge, air-conditioned living area on the ground floor features a giant TV and opens on one side to a timber deck, complete with BBQ, umbrella and outdoor setting, and on the other side to a magnificent dining space and a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a servery to the outdoor living area. Eden Retreat

“Eden Retreat” is a beautifully presented 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom (3 toilets) home, with stunning water views located just a few doors down from The Esplanade in Surf Beach. Some of the many features of this lovely pet friendly home are detailed below:

** Indoor Areas **

Upstairs, the large main living area with beautiful polished floorboards opens into the well appointed kitchen and a separate 2nd living area divided by sliding doors which can be opened to allow a huge single open living area. There is access to the 2nd floor rear deck and an additional powder room on this level for convenience.

Downstairs, there are four large bedrooms including the master with en suite and walk in robe, a good sized family bathroom and separate toilet.

** Outdoor Areas **

The 2nd floor rear deck provides a lovely place for outdoor meals and direct access down to the fully enclosed rear yard. A wooden walkway takes you to a rear covered area which is perfectly designed for outdoor entertaining. The home also features two dog kennels, an outdoor shower and a drive through double garage with access directly into the rear yard if required plus drive way parking for 2+ additional vehicles or a boat.
