“The Haven” has a fully fenced backyard, and is furnished with supremely comfortable beds, all kitchen and laundry appliances and products, a huge TV with Foxtel, a DVD player and soundbar/Bluetooth speakers. Other features include a Nespresso coffee maker with coffee pods, a great selection of books, magazines, games and DVDs, plus a relaxing spa bath and hot and cold outdoor shower.

The quiet court location makes this house perfect for young families and the house is set up with this in mind. All weather conditions are catered for with reverse cycle air conditioning and a warming wood heater for those cold winter nights. There are also pedestal fans and portable heaters for all bedrooms.

To top it off there is a gas barbecue and 10-seater outdoor setting, protected by a sailcloth, for those beautiful summer afternoons and evenings.

The Haven is one of those homes that draws people back, year after year.

Swan Bay Views

“Swan Bay Views” is a beautifully presented 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom (3 toilet) home, with lovely water views located in Surf Beach. Some of the many features of this lovely pet friendly home are detailed below:

** Indoor Areas **

Upstairs, is the Master bedroom (with en suite) and a separate powder room. The large main living / dining area opens into the well appointed kitchen and front deck. Downstairs, there are three large bedrooms (two with BIR) and a family bathroom (with another separate toilet) and laundry.

** Outdoor Areas **

The 2nd floor front deck provides a lovely place for outdoor meals (BBQ provided) and views across to Swan Bay. Downstairs there is also a huge double garage with a table tennis table and direct pedestrian access into the rear of the property.Also featured are a rear courtyard with an outdoor hot & cold shower and another fully enclosed grass covered courtyard at the front of the home.

** Kitchen **

The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with standard cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, pantry, large fridge, dishwasher, 6 burner gas cook top and electric oven and the basic condiments, cleaning products etc. you would expect to find in a home away from home.

** Heating/Cooling Systems **

Upstairs the Master bedroom and kitchen/living/meals areas are serviced by split system reverse cycle air conditioners and a Coonara wood heater, while downstairs there is another split system in Bedroom 4 as well as mobile oil heaters for use in the other two bedrooms. All three downstairs bedrooms also have ceiling fans.

A member of the Phillip Island Holiday Homes group, “Summers Inn” is furnished with comfortable beds, all kitchen and laundry appliances and products, reverse-cycle split system air-conditioning, plus two huge plasma TV’s, both with DVD players.

Superbly located in a quiet court, “Summers Inn” is not only close to the beach, but also just a short walk from the shops, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants in busy, bustling central Cowes.

Relax at Red Rocks

“Relax at Red Rocks” is a two storey home comprising at ground level, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a fully equipped laundry, adjoining a vast family living space. This fabulous area incorporates a gourmet kitchen, a spacious dining zone and a vast lounge/TV area. On the upper level you’ll find the enormous master bedroom with adjoining en-suite. And if you feel like some fresh air, you just need to step out onto the generous balcony and bask in the afternoon sun! Add to this the “Teenagers’ Retreat” – a completely separate, fully furnished bungalow that can sleep up to four people.

Nestled in one corner of the the huge fully fenced back garden, next to the kids’ cubby house, you’ll find a magnificent, fully fenced and properly maintained swimming pool. The perfect place to spend those lazy, sun drenched Phillip Island afternoons and evenings!

And for golfing enthusiasts, “Relax at Red Rocks” is ideally located, just 600 metres from the Aussie Golf Ranch and a 5 minute drive from the Cowes Golf Club.

“Colonnades” is ideal for large families or groups, and is furnished with comfortable beds, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a washing machine, a reverse-cycle split system air-conditioner, heaters in all bedrooms and ceiling fans in some rooms. There is also off-street parking for several vehicles, plus a boat.

Also, the upper level living area and Queen bedroom both open onto a spacious sun deck, equipped with a gas BBQ and some comfy sun-lounges for those lazy summer afternoons. Top this off with a huge, fully fenced yard for the kids to play in, and you have the perfect holiday getaway.

Castaway Views

“Castaway Views” is a stunning brand new home with incredible water views. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:

** Indoor Areas **

Upstairs, the large main living area opens into the well appointed kitchen. There is also access from the living room to the large covered deck with stunning water views. The Master bedroom comes with BIR and en-suite with a walk in shower. The second bedroom is also on this floor with its own BIR, en-suite and a separate toilet.

Downstairs, there are three bedrooms including one with its own WIR. These three bedrooms share a large main bathroom with bath, shower and a separate toilet. Also downstairs is the second living area.

** Outdoor Areas **

Please note that the outdoor area is currently undergoing work to landscape and complete the swimming pool. Guests should assume that there is no access to or potential use of outdoor facilities (so no access to the swimming pool) due to works and construction (However access and use of the decks is available). No work will occur during guests stays.

A Wave From it All

“A Wave From it All” is just a short drive from the famous Penguin Parade, Seal Rocks and all the other fabulous attractions Phillip Island has to offer. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:

** Indoor Areas **

“A Wave From it All” is built on three levels. The ground floor has a living room providing access to a bedroom, bathroom and deck. The mezzanine level has bedrooms 2 – 4 (Bedroom 2 has an en-suite), a main bathroom (with bath and a separate toilet) and access to the mezzanine deck. The top floor features the kitchen and open plan living room with access to the wrap-around deck. Each of the living areas is equipped with a wall-mounted TV and DVD player, plus a selection of DVDs, books and games to keep the family entertained.

** Outdoor Areas **

Upstairs is a fully sheltered balcony which can be completely enclosed with cafe blinds to make it a superb, extra living area. Also featured are two other decks equipped with a gas BBQ and outdoor furniture. There is a double carport, a double, lock-up garage and a capacious driveway with ample space for several vehicles plus a boat. There is also a table tennis-table in the huge double garage.
