About the home

“Sen in San Remo” is a well loved single-storey family home in San Remo just a short drive or comfortable walk from the beach and supermarkets, restaurants & cafés of San Remo. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:

Indoor Areas

Entry to the home is into the open plan Kitchen/Dining/Living room (with smart tv & dvd player). A central hallway leads from this area to the laundry (with washing machine & dishwasher), the bathroom (bath & shower), a separate toilet and all three Bedrooms (each with built in robes).

Outdoor Areas

The huge covered rear Alfresco area is ideal for relaxing and entertaining and has table & chairs for 10-12 people & the gas bbq, and overlooks the lovely rear garden where there is also a firepit (wood provided). The garage is not for guest use but the long driveway provides space for 3-4 vehicles (cars and/or a boat) to park.

Kitchen

The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, Victoria Expressotoria pod coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, fridge, dishwasher (located in the laundry), gas oven and cook top.

Heating/Cooling Systems

There is a wall mounted reverse cycle airconditioner in the Living/Kitchen/Dining room, ceiling fans in all three bedrooms plus three additional stand-alone heaters which can be used where required.

Bedding Configuration

This home has 3 beds plus 1 sofa bed, accommodating up to 7 guests:

Bedroom 1: One Queen bed
Bedroom 2: One Double bed
Bedroom 3: One Double bed

There is also a single sofa bed in the living room, suitable for one adult or child.

Linen

It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.

Peak Periods

Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm unless by prior arrangement. Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.

Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies

Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies.
