About the home

"Sea Esta" beckons you to relax in this beautifully decorated coastal styled beach house. This beautifully presented home is located in central Cowes, just a short walk from the cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and the Cowes beach. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:

Indoor Areas

Featuring split level living with a north facing sitting room with wood fire and large deck with views to the bay. Bedroom 1 with en-suite (with shower & toilet) also has water views and french doors that open to the deck, and Bedrooms 2 & 3 (each with BIR), a Bathroom (with shower & toilet) and a Laundry (with washing machine) make up the rest of the home

Outdoor Areas

The large deck has a lovely outdoor dining area and gas BBQ.The garden is well designed for beach side living and there is a large south facing deck to relax on and escape the hot days. The home also features a single carport and drive way parking for 2 additional vehicles (cars and/or a boat).

Please note there is a security camera in the driveway. It does not view any private areas in the home.

Kitchen

The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with standard cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a large fridge, dishwasher, and electric oven and cook top.

Heating/Cooling Systems

The kitchen/meals area is serviced by a split system reverse cycle air conditioner as well as a coonara heater, and there is a ceiling fan in master bedroom plus a stand alone fan to complement this for cooling in bedrooms.

Bedding Configuration

This home has 6 beds, accommodating up to 8 guests:

Bedroom 1: One Queen bed
Bedroom 2: One Queen bed
Bedroom 3: One Tri-bunks and one set of Single bunks

Please note: The Tri-bunks have a double bed base with a single bed above it.

Linen

It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.

Peak Periods

Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement). Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.

Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies

Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies.
