About the home

This delightful Villa is situated in the Ramada Resort in Cowes. Some of the many features of this lovely recently renovated three bedroom, two bathroom home are detailed below:

Indoor Living Areas

The Living Room (with smart TV and access to Foxtel) is adjacent to the generous meals area and fully equipped kitchen (with all new appliances) and has direct access to the delightful decking area. Bedroom 1 is accessed from the Dining Room and has BIR and an ensuite (with shower & toilet). Bedrooms 2 and 3 are accessed via a small corridor off the Living Room (each with BIR), as is the main Bathroom (with shower & basin), a separate toilet and the fully equipped European Laundry (with washing machine & clothes dryer).

Resort Facilities

The amazing sun filled outdoor decking area (with an outdoor setting for 6 people) is perfect to entertain your family and friends and is accessed from the Living Room. There are 2 parking spots at the home, plus an additional 5 overflow car parking spots opposite the Villa, including an electric vehicle charging station.

In the Resort, there are two outdoor swimming pools plus an outdoor childrens wading pool, two health centres with a gym in each, two outdoor spas and an indoor swim spa, an indoor lap pool, sauna, three tennis courts, a childrens playground, some basketball hoops, an indoor games room, multiple BBQ facilities (close to the Villa) and 7km of walking tracks surrounding the resort. There is free unlimited WiFi in the main restaurant area, but not in the home itself.

Kitchen

The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with brand new appliances and all the standard cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, Aldi coffee pod machine, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a large fridge, dishwasher, gas stove and electric oven.

Heating/Cooling Systems

The home is serviced by a large (6.1kW) split system reverse cycle air conditioner in the Living Room, there are wall mounted electric heaters in each bedroom, and ceiling fans in all of the bedrooms as well as the Living Room.

Bedding Configuration

This home has 5 beds, accommodating up to 6 guests:

Bedroom 1: One Queen bed
Bedroom 2: Two Long Single beds (which can be converted into a King bed)
Bedroom 3: Two Long Single beds (which can be converted into a King bed)

Please note that if you want the Long Single beds to be converted into King beds prior to your arrival (they zip together), we need at least one week's notice before checking in.
Long single mattress dimensions are approximately 91cm x 203cm and converted king bed dimensions are approximately 180cm x 203cm.

Linen

It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.

Peak Periods

Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement). Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.

Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies

Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. The home also does not take bookings over the Schoolies period.
