Description
“Little Ripper” is a beautifully renovated home located just a few minutes walk from popular Smiths Beach and the General Store. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:
Indoor Areas
The home comprises of a separate yet spacious open plan living, kitchen and dining area, four bedrooms (all with BIR), a main bathroom (with shower and bath), separate toilet and bedroom one has an ensuite (with shower).
Outdoor Areas
The large block is fully enclosed and perfect to welcome groups with children and/or pets alike.
Kitchen
The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, Aldi coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, a large fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and cook top and the basic condiments, cleaning products etc. you would expect to find in a home away from home.
Heating/Cooling Systems
There is a wall mounted reverse cycle air-conditioner in the living room and another in the main bedroom, as well as portable fans in all the other bedrooms.
Bedding Configuration
“Little Ripper” is set up to comfortably sleep up to 10 guests:
Bedroom 1: One Queen bed
Bedroom 2: One tri-bunk bed
Bedroom 3: One tri-bunk bed
Bedroom 4: One Queen bed
Linen
A standard booking comes with doonas with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bath mats. Guests can bring their own sheets (flat and fitted), pillow cases and towels or opt to pay extra for this ‘optional linen’. The cost to provide optional linen is a once off fee per stay of $30 per king/queen/double bed and $15 per single bed. Please advise us if you would like this additional service.
Peak Periods
Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement). Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.
Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies
Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies.
