About the home

"Island View" is an incredible brand new 67 square home with amazing 360 degree views of Bass Strait, Phillip Island and Western Port Bay. Some of the many features of this stunning home are detailed below:

Indoor Areas

The entrance of the home is a spacious light filled hallway and stunning wooden floating staircase to the top floor. There is internal access to the triple car garage, a second living area overlooking the pool/spa (with smart TV), along with a family bathroom (with double vanity, shower & bath), a separate toilet, two generous bedrooms (with BIR), plus a study and a separate laundry. The ground floor also features the master bedroom with stunning views and WIR, plus an ensuite (with double vanity, bath and huge shower).

Upstairs, the enormous streamline kitchen features a walk-in butlers pantry, complete with a laundry chute, Island bench with double sink, and flows into the open-plan living and dining areas (with smart TV). The spacious living room with floor to ceiling windows opens onto an undercover balcony that takes in the impressive ocean views. There are a further two bedrooms, each with an ensuite (with shower & toilet), one with built-in robe and the other with walk-in robe, a home theatre room (with smart TV), a separate powder room and access out to the north facing covered alfresco area.

Outdoor Areas

Set on more than 4,000m2, this delightful home is perched on top of the hill in San Remo and the property is fully fenced. The electric heat-pump heated pool (10m x 4.4m and up to 1.8m deep) also has an 8 seater spa (both set behind a privacy fence) and there is a hot/cold water outdoor shower and a firepit. Children are certainly accommodated for too - there is a cubby, swing set, sand pit and trampoline. The triple car garage (with table tennis table) and huge gravel area in front of the home provides parking for up to 10 cars and a boat. The rear fully covered first floor balcony has an outdoor lounge with seating for 6 and the front (north facing) covered alfresco area overlooking Westernport bay is equipped with built-in Weber BBQ, kitchenette, bar fridge and wall-mounted smart TV.

Kitchen

The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with a large walk in butlers pantry, cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, coffee machine (some beans may be provided to get you started), toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, large fridge (and a bar fridge on the upstairs alfresco area), dishwasher, electric oven and induction cook top.

Heating/Cooling Systems

The home has zoned refrigerated heating and cooling throughout and there are also ceiling fans in all bedrooms.

This home has 11 beds, accommodating up to 15 guests:

Linen

It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.

Peak Periods and Check in Times

Please note check in time at this home is dependant on cleaning requirements, especially with back to back stays. Therefore check in will be available from between 2pm and 3pm. Guests should be aware when booking that check in may therefore be potentially from 3pm. Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire at this home, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.
