Description

“Cazamy Coastal” is a brand new, beautifully furnished with comfortable beds, a fully equipped kitchen, reverse-cycle split system air-conditioning in the master bedroom and the main living area, plus ample parking with a double, lock-up, remote controlled garage and plenty of room for a boat. The home has been set up with families in mind and is close to a park and has a secure rear yard.

Bedding Configuration

“Cazamy Coastal” is configured to comfortably sleep any combination of adults and children up to a maximum of 12:

Bedroom 1: One Queen bed
Bedroom 2: One Queen bed
Bedroom 3: One set of tri-bunks and 1 trundle bed
Bedroom 4: One set of tri-bunks

There is also a divan in the second living room suitable for 1 adult or 2 children.

Linen

A standard booking comes with doonas with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bath mats. Guests can bring their own sheets (flat and fitted), pillow cases and towels or opt to pay extra for this ‘optional linen’. The cost to provide optional linen is a once off fee per stay of $30 per king/queen/double bed and $15 per single bed. Please advise us if you would like this additional service.

Peak Periods

Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement). Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.

Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies

Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies.
