It may look plain from the outside, but this gorgeous, beautifully presented home has been recently renovated and offers three bedrooms, a gleaming modern bathroom and a generous, open plan living area – equipped with a flat-screen TV, DVD player, wood fire and a Nespresso Pod coffee machine.

“Cape Corona 28” is furnished with supremely comfortable beds, a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a reverse-cycle split system air-conditioner, a wood heater and ample parking with a single carport and driveway.

Outdoor living is catered for as well, with an outdoor setting located in a shady spot on the spacious and private back lawn, which is also equipped with a set of swings for the little tackers. The garden shed gives guests access to bikes, scooters, firewood, surfboards, beach toys, beach chairs, outdoor umbrella and beach umbrella.

Linen

A standard booking comes with doonas with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bath mats. Guests can bring their own sheets (flat and fitted), pillow cases and towels or opt to pay extra for this ‘optional linen’. The cost to provide optional linen is a once off fee per stay of $30 per king/queen/double bed and $15 per single bed. Please advise us if you would like this additional service.

Peak Periods

Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement). Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.

Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies

Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies.
