About the home

"Blue Remo" is a lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with water views, close to shops in San Remo and a short walk from the beach. Some of the many features of this home are detailed below:

Indoor Areas

This lovely home is accessed via a few steps at the front of the home to the front deck and then into the open plan kitchen/dining/living room (with Smart TV & coonara style wood heater - no wood provided). The front master bedroom (with smart TV) has BIR and an ensuite (with shower & toilet). Bedroom 2 & Bedroom 3 (with BIR) share the main bathroom (with bath & shower), and there is a separate Toilet off the laundry.

Outdoor Areas

The Deck (with gas BBQ & outdoor table with seating for 10 people) provides a lovely space to enjoy the water views and garden. The fully enclosed yard is perfect for children or pets and also features an enclosed trampoline and a swing and slide set. There is space to park up to 4 cars in the large double carport and driveway.

Kitchen

The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, toaster, kettle, DeLonghi Nespresso compatible pod coffee machine, etc. plus a double sink, fridge, electric oven and cook top.

Heating/Cooling Systems

The living area has a reverse cycle split system (which comfortably heats/cools the home) and a coonara style wood heater (no wood provided). There are also two portable heaters and two portable fans which can be used where required.

Bedroom Configuration

This home has 6 beds accommodating up to 9 guests:

Bedroom 1: One Queen bed
Bedroom 2: One Queen bed
Bedroom 3: One set of Single bunks and one Tri-bunk

Please note: The Tri-bunk has a double bed base with a single bed above it.

Linen

It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.

Peak Periods

Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement). Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.

Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies

Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies.
