“Beachside Bliss” is a delightful family holiday home in Cowes that is loaded with appeal, and one that you’ll be keen to return to again and again! Some of the features of this lovely home are detailed below:

Indoor Areas

Downstairs is the charming open plan fully equipped kitchen, dining and living room, with large flat-screen smart TV & DVD player. Also found is the master bedroom with walk-through robe and en-suite (shower, toilet & vanity). Lastly, there is a laundry (washer and dryer) and separate toilet.

Upstairs are a further two bedrooms, and a lovely large second living area, where the lounge can convert to a double sofa-bed. This living area leads onto decking with outdoor furniture. A second bathroom (shower, separate bath & vanity); a toilet is adjacent.

Outdoor Areas

Outdoor living is catered for as well, with a fully enclosed outdoor space opening off the main living area. This comfortable area is equipped with a gas BBQ plus outdoor setting. There is secure parking in the double garage, which also contains a fold up table tennis table and has direct access to the rear courtyard via a pedestrian door.


The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, and Nespresso pod coffee machine, toaster, kettle, sandwich press etc. with double sink, fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and cook top.

Heating/Cooling Systems

There is reverse cycle air-conditioning in both upstairs living room and downstairs living room. There are also 3 portable heaters which can be used where ever required.

Bedding Configuration

This home has 4 beds, plus 1 sofa bed, accommodating up to 9 guests:

Bedroom 1 (Downstairs): One Queen bed
Bedroom 2 (Upstairs): One Queen bed
Bedroom 3 (Upstairs): One set of Tri-bunk
Upstairs living area: One Double sofa-bed suitable for two adults or children.

Please note: The Tri-bunk has a double bed base with a single bed above it.


It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.

Peak Periods

Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement). Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.

Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies

Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies.
