About the home

"Bayside Views" is situated directly behind the Cowes Yacht Club and just 500 metres from historic Cowes Jetty and the main street of Cowes. This home really is the perfect location for your next business trip, a romantic getaway, a quiet weekend with friends, or a fun holiday with the kids. Some of the many features of this home are detailed below:

Indoor Areas

The downstairs living room (with 55" Smart TV) leads to 2 bedrooms, a shared bathroom (with bath and separate toilet) and laundry. Upstairs is the main open plan kitchen/dining living room (with giant flat-screen TV) and spacious Master bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom, WIR and stunning water views. Children are well accommodated for with a cot, high chair and 2 x stair guards.

Outdoor Areas

The home has a rooftop deck with outdoor setting and clear water views, a fully enclosed courtyard and a remote controlled single car garage with internal access to the home with space to park additional cars on the street in front of the property. There is also a gate in the rear fence of the courtyard that provides direct access to the beach next to the yacht club!

Kitchen

The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, Nespresso compatible pod coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, large fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and gas cook top.

Heating/Cooling Systems

There are reverse-cycle air-conditioning in both living rooms and two stand alone heaters to be used where needed.

Bedding Configuration

This home has 4 beds, plus 1 sofa bed, accommodating up to 9 guests:

Bedroom 1 (upstairs): One Queen bed
Bedroom 2 (downstairs): One Queen bed
Bedroom 3 (downstairs): One Tri-bunk
There is also a double divan in the downstairs living area suitable for 2 adults

Please note: The Tri-bunk has a double bed base with a single bed above it.

Linen

It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.

Peak Periods

Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement). Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.

Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies

Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies.
