About the home

“Aqua Vista” is a delightful single-storey family home in San Remo just a short drive or comfortable walk from the beach and supermarkets, restaurants & cafés of San Remo. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:

Indoor Areas

The home has a long central hallway that leads to the large open plan Kitchen/Dining/Living Room (with smart TV & Coonara wood heater) that has delightful water views over San Remo. The main bedroom leads off this area and has a subtle entrance to the ensuite (with shower, toilet & double vanity) behind robe doors. A door in the hallway leads to the 2nd Living Room (with smart TV), Bedrooms 2 and 3 (each with built in robes), the main bathroom (with shower & bath) and a separate toilet.

Outdoor Areas

The rear expansive deck (with table & seating for 8) provides delightful water views over San Remo. The rear yard is perfect for children and also features a hot/cold outdoor shower. The double garage has a European Laundry (with clothes dryer & washing machine) plus a table tennis table and internal access to the home. There is no parking available in the garage, but there is space for 2 cars in front of the garage, and a further space to the right side of the home for additional vehicles (car and/or a boat).

Kitchen

The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, toaster, kettle, Aldi pod coffee machine, air fryer, blender, toasted sandwich maker, slow cooker, etc. plus a double sink, fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and gas cook top.

Heating/Cooling Systems

There is a wall mounted reverse cycle airconditioner in the main Living/Kitchen/Dining room, another in the 2nd Living Room and a third in Bedroom 1. There are ceiling fans in all 3 bedrooms plus the main Living Room, and a Coonara wood heater in the main Living Room.

Bedding Configuration

This home has 3 beds, plus 1 sofa bed, accommodating up to 8 guests:

Bedroom 1: One King bed
Bedroom 2: One Queen bed
Bedroom 3: One Queen bed

The 2nd Living Room has a Queen sofa bed, suitable for 2 adults or children.

Linen

It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.

Peak Periods

Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm unless by prior arrangement. Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.

Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies

Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies.
